Odette  is a director of  CGR  Communications, a multidisciplinary marketing communications agency with expertise in advertising, public relations, interactive, branding and sponsorship .She executes public relations strategy for range of clients, from start-ups to global brands operating in several countries.

“Still , to this day I think about the lyrics of “Go forth with God”. It represents a sense of promise and possibility that we should never lose, no matter the age . My best memory has always been that of walking past the Holy Ground. I’ve always loved the idea of a sacred space, but one that is within your reach. In many ways the Holy Ground is a  metaphor for our personal potential—-always within sight , at the heart of our lives, and once you get there (as we did at our graduation)it was a time to set sights on a new Holy Ground.

Odette immersed herself early into a love for literature and history and was Valedictorian or her class of 1982. Today she executes public relations strategy  for a  range of  clients  from startups to global brands operating in several countries.

Kamala –Jean Gopie, O. Ont. M. Ed. , B.A.

Kamala –Jean was a student at The Queen’s School for four years. Known as then Jean Gopie , she sat the Cambridge School Certificate examination in 1959 and passed  in the First Division. She then spent two years in sixth form (12 & 13) and sat the Cambridge Higher Schools examination in 1961. As a member of Alexander House , she was quite involved with sports , particularly  tack and field. Gopie was a member of the school’s netball team , playing wing defence.
