Parent Teachers Association
P.T.A. PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
The Queen’s School PTA is a vibrant body of volunteers who work tirelessly to ensure that the students have a quality school experience. Through numerous and varied fundraisers carried out throughout the year and through the collection of PTA dues, the PTA is able to undertake various projects with the school. We work closely with the school’s administration and teachers in the planning and execution of these projects.
Among the major projects undertaken are:
- Installing Fans in each Classroom
- Construction of the Pedestrian Walkway
- Installing of the School Sign
- Contributing to the School’s Welfare Program
The PTA also participate in The Annual Prizegiving Ceremony held every November and we recognize students for their contribution in Sports, Clubs & Societies.
PTA meetings are held once per term, with the AGM being held in October. The Executive Body meets on the second (2nd) Tuesday of every month at 5:30 pm.
The PTA also has a representative on The School Board where we play an active role in the decisions that are made in the interest of the school.
We welcome you to participate in the varied activities of the PTA through joining one of the committees, becoming a class parent, participating in the fundraising events which are held, or encouraging your daughter/ward to participate in these activities.
We invite your feedback and encourage you to email your concerns or suggestions towatto_maxine@live.com.
Together Each Achieves More. Let’s work together to make The Queen’s School the best institution for your daughter/ward.
